The FrontierView Client Services team is dedicated to providing a holistic, supportive experience to our clients. About You
What To Expect In This Position:
- Onboard, train, and serve customers with the products we offer in an effort to improve renewal rates
- Segment and analyze client data to perform effective outreach strategies to drive adoption and renewal likelihood
- Write supportive documentation & best practices for both clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop regional & industry-specific expertise to take a consultative approach when communicating with senior-level executives
- Leverage internal marketing materials to engage target executives/organizations
- Strategically plan account penetration
- Leverage Sales Enablement tools (like Linkedin, ZoomInfo, and Groove etc) to manage your engagements with clients
- Develop a deep understanding of our target personas and their needs
- Serve as a connector between clients, Client Services Manager, and Research Analysts by suggesting and scheduling service delivery calls.
What Sets You Apart:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in the required field
- A consistent record of surpassing personal and organizational goals
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A relentless drive to succeed
- Working proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Some experience in business development or client outreach is ideally preferred
