Role
A unique opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor 4 years PQE to join this expanding practice in Redhill, Surrey.
This role will involve managing a broad caseload of Private Client matters, working independently on your caseload. It is important that you are able to manage matters from start to finish.
You would be expected to handle matters including but not limited to; international wills, intestate estates, LPA's, Court of Protection, international tax planning, inheritance planning, trust management & set up, and charity trust work.
In this role, you will be working alongside an experienced Paralegal who will assist and support your billings. Opportunity to largely contribute to the growth and success of a department with exceptional potential.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor 3 years PQE
- Previous experience handling Private Client matters
- Strong experience in autonomously managing files
- Dynamic, detail-oriented, and ambitious for career progression
