Locum Private Client Solicitor
Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor seeking an exciting opportunity with a growing solicitors firm in Somerset? Our client are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Locum Private Client Solicitor to provide expert legal advice to individuals and businesses across Taunton, Yeovil, Bridgwater, and the wider Dorset and Somerset region.
Position: Locum Private Client Solicitor
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (with potential extension to a permanent position)
Location: Primarily remote, with one day in the office every week or every two weeks (flexible)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality legal advice and services to clients in the Private Client sector.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, and inheritance tax.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Advise clients on legal matters, assess risks, and recommend suitable courses of action.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulations impacting the private client sector.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Private Client law.
- Strong expertise in private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage caseloads effectively, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Client-focused mindset, demonstrating proactive and exceptional service delivery.
- Flexible availability for remote work and occasional office attendance.
