UniQ Studios have a vacancy for a diligent Client Services Executive (Photography Studio & Studio Assistant) with some experience with studio/venue space hire and in the commercial photography/creative industry. The primary responsibly of this versatile role is to deal with inbound sales enquiries and perform client services duties for our studio and location hire department. You will assist in the preparation of photo shoots, ensure the studio is clean and tidy, and perform ad-hoc tasks around the studio.

The person appointed will be a confident written and verbal communicator and have a strong passion for sales and marketing. You should be able to work fast and efficiently while maintaining a high-quality standard, and must have good attention to detail, strong work ethic and willingness to learn/develop. You should have good people skills, maintain the highest level of customer service, and will work with other members of staff to deliver marketing goals and solidify customer relations.
Main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Core duties

- Telephone or Meeting consultations with prospective and existing clients
- Implementation of general business development and marketing strategies
- Up-sell services and conduct Rates Negotiations with prospective and existing clients
- Update Pre-Shoot or Requirements Form with Client details and specifications
- Set up and take down of studio/lighting setup
- General studio upkeep and tidy up
- Assist on photographic shoots
- Ad-hoc tasks around the studio
- Email and phone enquiries screening and delegation
- Studio hire booking software updates and management
- Assist with Studio hire and event space bookings
- Reconcile payments and confirm invoice payments with senior management
- Social media management
- Create and send client quotes/proposals and invoices
Other duties
- Collaborate with creative director to produce marketing material including print, web and video content
- Assist with sales reports and accounts preparation
- Attend Trade Shows and networking events
- Content writing (blog, web content and business literature)
- Assists with operations and business management tasks
Job Requirements:
- Some academic or work experience in photography or creative media
- Some work experience in a sales or customer service role
- Passion for providing the highest level of customer service to new, and existing clients.
- Must be detail oriented, diligent and very well organised
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload, multi-task using effective time management skills
- Comfortable using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to meet deadlines (no 9 to 5 mentality)
- Ability to take initiative and work calmly under pressure
