Structured Credit Services comprises numerous teams, and the Syndicated Loans team is a principal business unit within Structured Credit Services. It provides middle-office services as facility agent and security agent on a wide portfolio of deals, originated both by Deutsche Bank AG and third party originating banks. Much of this work is high profile and may be complex in nature.
You will be part of a team of London-based Account Managers, all of whom are responsible for the management of a middle office agency portfolio of Syndicated Loans transactions for various loan sectors (Leveraged, Emerging Markets, Islamic, Structured Credit, Investment Grade, Workouts).

Your key responsibilities
- Negotiating, reviewing and ongoing management of agency and related documentation for new deals, restructures, waivers and amendments, Waiver and Amendment, ongoing security plus ongoing transactional matters in line with standard Loan Market Association (LMA) templates
- Liaising with all transaction parties, including borrowers, lawyers, syndicate banks, trustees, Loan Operations, and other interested parties
- Arranging bank meetings and conference calls as well as resolving client queries
- Ensuring the timely billing and chasing of revenue clients. Managing any deal-related cash accounts
- Monitoring financial and compliance requirements, margin adjustments, ancillary requests
- Taking action on defaulted loans (accelerate/ workout, standstill agreements, scheme of arrangement, enforcement, and liquidation)
Your skills and experience
- Experience in Loan Administration, Operations, or other relevant area
- A good understanding of market practice and procedures relating to Syndicated Loans agency work
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, Debtdomain, Loan IQ (LS2)
- Well-developed business skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- An ability to build and manage relationships and have the credibility and confidence to liaise effectively at senior levels. Strong time management and organisational capabilities
