We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Client Service Executive, Centre of Excellence working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets on a 12-month fixed term contract. Responsible for managing the processes associated with client transactions including new account openings, general account maintenance and customer account changes.

Role Purpose

Provides support to the Client Service Executive team in delivering high quality client service to customer base.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to client enquiries and requests.
  • Take Ownership of any client enquiries and requests providing a response in a timely, comprehensive manner.
  • Manage the HSBC “Know Your Customer Program” and ensure that all client-service related activities are fully in compliance with the processes and procedures contained in it.
  • Ensure that any data input is dealt with in a timely manner and in correct and consistent format.
  • Achieve compliance with all Group Standards, manuals, and guidelines.
  • Ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation.
  • Prompt and appropriate action taken to address client feedback/complaints.
  • To complete Account opening and Know Your Customer duties for the relationship teams
Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience of working in a client facing position is essential.
  • Experience of providing excellent client service to High Net Worth Individuals.
  • Experience of communicating with senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a dynamic, pressurised environment.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent time management, well organised and ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A good team player with drive for success and achievement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and stick to tight deadlines, while maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Know Your Customer and account opening experience.

This role is being offered on a hybrid bases, London Office being the base location
