PURPOSE OF POSITION
Client facing position performing numerous operational tasks. Responsible for processing of events (Restricted Stock vestings, Employee Stock Purchase Plan allocations, Dividends) and all client requests pursuant to these events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform day-to-day client service delivery to US (Equity Plan Solutions) clients, including restricted stock vestings, Employee Stock Purchase Plan allocations, dividends, and database maintenance-as directed
- Ensure procedure manuals are updated on an ongoing basis-change to update procedures as directed
- Ensure behavior ties in w compliance rules and policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Ensure identified special clients get needed escalated attention
- Monitor client requests via Client Service Manager Mailbox
- Support annual EPS tax processing as needed
- Attend client meetings as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree or higher or 1-3 years experience in a customer service position
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite-Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Organization & Detail Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working under pressure: Poised, works well under pressure and accomplishing short- and long-term deadlines with a heavy workload
Preferred
- Knowledge of equity compensation platform
- Communication: Effective written, verbal and listening skills
Compensation
- $22-24 per hour
