Client Service Advisor (Remote/Part-time)
Central London
Up to £55,000 OTE – Dependant on days worked

Key Duties:
- Deal with all leads in a professional and honest manner.
- Follow up with potential leads who have been contacted previously.
- Contact homeowners looking to sell their property in a fast fashion.
- Handle objections and explain the benefits of the company.
- Engage with as many customers as possible.
- Be part of a successful sales team and work towards individual/team monthly targets.
- Work from home with daily reporting to management.
Character profile for a successful candidate:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong sales and objection handling skills.
- Proven track record within sales with a competitive nature.
- Purchased or sold personal property is beneficial.
- Self-motivated and a driven person.
- Results orientated.
- Proficient in utilising MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong organisational skills.
