Nottingham College is currently undertaking the delivery of a multi-million-pound capital and maintenance plan which is designed to improve the range and quality of facilities available to our staff and students across the college’s campuses. The Estates and Facilities Department are responsible for delivering this programme.
The Estates Department of Nottingham College is recruiting for a Project Manager to work within our projects team.

Both of these roles will enable the role holders to make a significant contribution to the development and continued improvement of Nottingham College. The role holders will be allowed to develop and embed your own style.
You will project manage multiple revenue and capital projects related to the colleges estates and sustainability strategies, ensuring they are efficiently and effectively delivered. Providing the Estates Department with a high-quality project management function, you will identify and deliver a diverse range of projects.
You will work closely with a range colleague across the college whilst delivering a extremely interesting portfolio of projects.
Assisting the Head of Energy and Carbon Reduction in formulating Carbon Management Plans and developing project delivery programmes you will also contribute to the creation of Project Mandates and Business Cases for committee approval and in conjunction with others, develop, review, analyse and implement competitive tender documents and contractual documentation.

About you
You will have a proven track record of similar work. You will have a good well-rounded knowledge of your work area/discipline and the built environment and knowledge and experience working under CDM regulations. You will have the ability to successfully deliver multiple strategic, complex projects, safely, on time, on budget and on programme.
