Client Sales Manager
Location: Location Independent (Hybrid* Home working) Travel to London required 2 days per week.
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do
In the role you will be responsible for managing Central Government accounts within VBSE. As part of the role you will service existing accounts, hunt for new opportunities, develop new business and identify and propose capability from Vodafone’s solutions. In the position you will place the customer at its heart and the development of customer relationships are paramount for expanding the portfolio across the account. The Client Sales Manager, with the support of the Senior Sales Manager, will ensure all aspects of the sales cycle are managed internally and externally with the client.
Implement and manage a sales strategy to deliver against KPIs balancing retain & grow to drive revenue and margin improvement- Identify and drive new customer relationships through the provision of innovation aligned to the Vodafone portfolio.
- Produce close plans, prepare customer proposals and manage the full lifecycle of the sale from won to transition and into delivery and beyond.
- Deliver sales briefing alongside technical specialists remotely, at a Vodafone Secure Site or at customer premises within the United Kingdom.
- Drive rNPS improvement through delivering end to end customer experience through effective relationships.
- Implement and manage local contingency plans to deal with internal/external business issues that impact upon revenue, cost or margin
Who you are
Experience in managing stakeholders within in Public Sector, ideally central government-Essential- Ability to think strategically and drive innovative sales programmes and development roadmaps for all relevant opportunities- Essential
- Proven track record in both developing and growing a major account- Essential
- Experience in C level relationship building and stakeholders management of key stakeholders across the customer’s organisation
- Proven record of driving commercial sales strategies and adapting to macro/micro economic conditions achieving significant business growth
- Experience in complex solution based sales ideally within telecommunications or technology industry, ideally across Mobile and fixed voice, data, Unified Communications, Cloud & Security, IoT.
Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a UK Security Clearance (SC) clearance.
