We specialise in road traffic accident claims. We understand that motor accidents are very distressing and can be confusing, especially if you’ve never had to deal with an insurance claim before. We provide extensive training to provide our dedicated team with the skills to take the weight off clients’ shoulders and deal with claims in a timely and efficient manner.

About this role:
This is a contact centre based role. As a Client Response Team handler, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and other organisations wishing to speak with us in relation to a road traffic accident claim. Your role will be to make a great first impression, listen carefully and gather information to help the caller and direct them to the correct team who will deal with their query. Once you are confident taking calls, you’ll be provided with further training to respond to various types of correspondence including post and online messages from our clients.
After comprehensive training, you’ll be able to offer excellent client care whilst taking calls. You’ll also benefit from on-going training to ensure you’re always up to date with the latest policies and procedures to deliver the best service possible.

- Excellent attention to detail and listening skills.
- Calm, professional phone manner.
- The ability to be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy sharing ideas and experiences with colleagues, helping us to work in smarter and better ways.

Key information:
- The start date for this position will be 13th November.
- If successful after application stage, you will be invited to attend a screening interview with the member of the recruitment team. This will be completed over a phone call.
- The next step will be attending a group Meet and Greet in the Cardiff office on the 12th October.
