We are currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Partner (known internally as a Trust Services Partner)
37.5 Hours per Week / Monday – Friday on site and 1 day working from home
This is critical role for the local NHS Trust the Trust Services Partner provides on-site customer support for the Trust ward managers and NHSP bank workers (flexible workers) ensuring all contact with NHSP is quick, simple and helpful. You will be on site providing support to ward manager and workers will deliver expert advice and guidance for prompt query resolution for any enquiry that the NHSP National Service Centre are unable to help with. You will manage client relationships by visiting wards to check in on ward manager and flexible worker satisfaction and promote NHSP to potential new workers during visits.

About The Candidate
To be successful in this post you will need to:
- Have B2B client management/account management experience - ideally from the recruitment or healthcare sector but other sectors also applicable
- The ability to deal with a high volume of internal and external enquiries and conflicting priorities
- Be a strong communicator and good at building relationships
- Be highly organised and committed
- Have strong diary management skills
- Have a background of managing a demanding and fast paced working environment
- Have experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Have excellent customer service background
