Client Relationship Manager – Salary Circa £50,000
We have a great opportunity for an ambitious individual with an interest in developing creative business solutions and a desire to contribute to our overall client experience. This is an opportunity to join an established and successful Mid-Market CRM team, as we continue to expand & develop our CRM proposition.
A bit about the job:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will take accountability for client- and broker-facing relationships and negotiations in support of the Mid-Market CRM team. You will work with underwriting, claims and risk engineering colleagues to scope and design bespoke insurance solutions tailored to the needs of each individual client, taking responsibility for the delivery of our service from initial design through to external negotiation, client presentations, and long-term relationship management. You will need an in-depth understanding of commercial insurance, market distribution network and strong negotiating skills at a senior level. You will be expected to travel to broker and client meetings, both locally and occasionally nationwide.
In addition, this role will require you to support the design, and implementation of cross sell initiatives, and in the evolution and innovation of our client propositions.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in corporate CRM/Sales Distribution/Broker market
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to think long term both strategically and operationally
- Highly motivated, collaborative team player with a ‘can do’, winning mentality
- Takes ownership and responsibility, strong professional pride, and integrity

- Salary Circa £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
