About The Role We have brand new opportunity to join us as a Client Relationship Manager, at AML London, working across our Centres in the heart of London. AML Marylebone and AML Harley Street are based in the vibrant London, both sites are rated as ‘good’ with CQC. We have a good team, and we are keen on developing staff. We have a wide mix of patients, including Private, VIPs and NHS patients. We have close relationships with consultants and radiologists. You will be working with our Business Development Team to identify and develop any growth opportunities. You will be responsible for supporting with procuring new clients through different methods, so a strong working knowledge of products and services offered by Alliance Medical is essential. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to referrers. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from referrers. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. Previous experience in a business development role is essential, and we are ideally looking for individuals who have previous experience in a healthcare setting so that you understand the market that we are operating in. Skills And Experience As a successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate: Support the allocated private Centre Managers develop and implement a sales and marketing plan for each site Work with AML Centre manager and other internal stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities for growth in private patients To retain existing referrers and their revenue contribution. To actively identify, manage and secure business from referring organisations to grow additional revenues. Develop networks and relationships within insurance companies, solicitors, occupational health organisations and other groups to maximize opportunities within local geographical areas. Negotiate and agree commercial terms with private customers (in conjunction with Centre Manager/ General Manager/ Commercial Director as relevant) Provision of comprehensive management reporting information on the status of the sales and marketing plan Provide the centre manager with activity reports and keeping the centre review plan up to date Ensuring all agreements include an SLA and correctly set up in our booking system Support the development of a marketing plan for private patients To monitor trends in referrals continuously in order to identify opportunities to increase business and to pick up indicators of potential dissatisfaction. Share best practice with your peer group Actively support, through your actions, the marketing and promotion of the company Planning and hosting networking and educational events to drive business opportunities and manging an educational and event calendar.
