Location : Manchester/ Cheltenham

We’ve an excellent full-time opportunity for an Client Relationship Coordinator Manchester or Cheltenham office.

This is not a standard sales job as your responsibility will be to look at training requests and suggestions that come through from our client; and then quickly liaise with key management to suggest bespoke requests that could be provided.

You’ll need to be able to identify the requirements the client has requested, acknowledge the request, re-clarify (with potential of up-selling) and then action a presentable sales quote in a timely manner.

You’ll gain full knowledge of our portfolio and gain sales techniques via our highly renowned in-house Sales Academy plus full on-the-job coaching to successfully deliver against specific measurable targets. As such, you’ll also earn the opportunity to receive bonus on top of your competitive salary.

Whilst we’re not after a lot of experience, we do want you to be able to work efficiently, communicate effectively with a keen eye to identifying a client’s needs.

Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and liaise with key stakeholders/decision makers from a mix of new & existing customers by telephone and email working to grow QA’s product offering
  • Input, analyse and interpret relevant sales management information to prioritise incoming workload and qualify sales opportunities
  • Prepare quotes and proposals for customers
  • Use relevant data housed in Microsoft Dynamics to fully report on sales activity
  • Build quarterly plans to maximise sales opportunities
  • Increase knowledge and awareness of QA core offering and the Full Sales Cycle
