A key role in helping our Financial Services Industry deliver its strategic growth ambition. As the Client Programme Lead for our Financial Services Industry team, you will work with Senior Leaders to execute our ambitious plans for above market growth.

The Client Programme Manager works closely with the Financial Services Executive team to execute on our priority growth initiatives relating to clients.

You will be responsible for establishing the programme governance and reporting across a number of strategic and integrated change initiatives as well as reinvigorating our discipline around client portfolio management in Financial Services.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the evolution, development and implementation of the long- term client relationship development strategy within Financial Services
  • Lead and manage the delivery of the Client Programme in Financial Services working very closely with Sector Leads, Lead Client Service Partners (LCSPs) and their teams.
  • Lead and manage the annual planning process required to design, plan and implement our account support needs for Financial Services.
  • Manage the Industry Learning and Client Relationship development cash budgets.
  • Work with colleagues in our wider Clients and Industries team to bring the best of the Firm to our Financial Services clients.
  • Generate and track management information across the programme – including Impact and Return on Investment where appropriate.
  • Drive continual improvement in our Client Portfolio Management disciplines.

Essential

  • Proven experience of leading successful programmes on time and within budget
  • Experience of working with clients and building relationships in a Professional Services environment
  • Confidence in dealing with senior individuals in the firm and tenacity in following up and making things happen
  • Be a self-starter who shows initiative, identifies opportunities and successfully executes
  • A strong team player - needs to be flexible, proactive and resourceful, and show evidence of working with others to get things done
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing
  • Able to influence and form relationships at all levels of the business
  • Excellent organization and management skills, including budget management
