The Opportunity & Role:
In our next phase of growth, we are hiring a Client Partner to join our team. The Client Partner has strong transformation consulting experience, having worked with Executive and Leadership teams across the behavioural and cultural agenda.
The Role:
- Relationship driven, transformational selling of £2.5m per year (with individual sales of £500k-£1.5m projects)
- Facilitating Executive teams of FTSE100 companies through open strategic conversations in the context of setting overall strategic direction and/or driving change momentum through the organisation; briefs include purpose & strategy work, leadership-driven culture change, leadership effectiveness, strategy mobilization, people strategy…
- Bringing a differentiated point of view around the human aspects of strategic transformation
- Developing and growing some of the hungriest, brightest talent around.
About you
- A proven, multi-year track record of transformational consulting sales within global corporates
- Up for building a business, growing from 60-120 employees that drive £21m+ revenue
- Ability to flex between human, authentic, C-suite gravitas and rolling up your sleeves to kick stuff around with the team
- Previous leadership and team management experience, with appetite to lead our business, or a significant part of it, in the future
