We're looking for a Periodic Review Business and Outreach Analyst to:
- handle daily escalations from our internal teams and the business, for periodic reviews
- create data sets and management information to provide information of case escalation status to management and the business
- identify case solutions based on policy, to progress cases
- support control and governance on case work flow
- identify process simplification and process improvement
- work across teams and functions to get the best solution or course of action.
- execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and compete manner
- ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and statutory requirements and with internal polices and contracts.
Your team
You'll be working in the Periodic Know Your Client Review Team in the sub team for Client Outreach and Escalations team based in London. The team acts as a key escalation point between the offshore team and the EMEA Business and Clients.
We maintain relationships with key stakeholders globally including onshore and offshore locations. We see that all internal and external client queries relating to BAU are acknowledged and responded to in a timely and appropriate manner and that BAU is tracked and controlled in order to meet required timeframes.

Your expertise
- experience in Periodic Reviews, and understanding of Financial Crime policies and standards
- able to think creatively, flexibly and think logically to solve problems
- interested in digitalization, automation and have an ability to identify process improvements
- clear and confident communication skills and confidence to challenge
- able to create and report statistics from multiple angles, and initiate and manage controls
