Mission:

Responsible for supporting recruitment and retention of V+VIP Clients within the UK market, with a focus on eventing, partnerships, and personal shopping relationships.


Responsibilities:

As part of the marketing team, the UK Client Experience Manager will:

  • Create, manage and enrich personal/private shopper relationships across the UK retail network with a goal to recruit (and delight) High Net Worth (HNW) clients from within key accounts, as well as with independent private shoppers (when relevant)
  • Partner with the COMPR manager on Ultra High Net Worth Individuals recruitment initiatives in the UK, including top luxury brand collaborations, proposing and crafting unique and meaningful experiences to delight and engage their networks and clients.
  • Propose, plan and implement UK events, both in in-store and in external venues, tailoring global guidelines to suit the specifics of the UK market and working with CRM and SDVM managers to deliver the 360 client experience and Retail Team to set and achieve strong RS targets
  • Manage the client experience budget in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
  • Manage point of sale material forecasts & budget (testers, samples, POS collateral) collaborating with Logistics Team to ensure strong forecast accuracy and Retail Team to ensure POS needs are served. (approx. 15% of the mission)
  • Constantly seek opportunities and identify 3rd party collaborations to engage and recruit new HNW clients
  • Lead the planning and execution of all local client events
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, with an ability to confidently present in front of clients or external partners.
  • Manage budget and forecasts for testers, samples, POS collateral.
  • Set KPIs and measure ROI on all initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Deep understanding of luxury
  • Ability to reach, connect and engage with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and Luxury partners
  • Wide range of third-party connections (private banks, luxury hotels, members clubs, brand connectors, etc.)
  • Embody a VIP client mindset and retail culture
  • Creativity, capability to think out of the box
  • Project management skills with an ability to manage all phases of a project from ideation to execution
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Effective collaborator and team player
  • Eloquent in English
