Client Experience Assistant
Edinburgh City Centre
Part-time 30 hours
£17,000 per annum
Search are currently working with a Legal Firm based in Edinburgh to recruit for a Client Experience Assistant. This is a varied role and you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the office for internal and external clients.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Ensure all refreshments are kept stocked and set up in meeting rooms when required
* Keeping the meeting rooms tidy and presentable at all times
* Support in any required boardroom moves, adding or removing chairs as necessary
* Assist with the set up and clear down of events quickly and efficiently
* Maintenance of coffee machines, including cleaning of equipment and refilling of coffee and milk
* Ensure the staff and client kitchen spaces are kept clean throughout the day
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Self-motivated and able to work to your own initiative
* Excellent communication skills and able to speak with clients
* A client focused mindset, able to provide an excellent service
* Previous Front of House or Hospitality experience is beneficial
