Your role and responsibilities
An opportunity has arisen to join our team at our Hampstead Hospital team as a Client Care Assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring both our clients and patients receive a professional five-star service throughout their time with us. This role is fast-paced, high pressured but fun, with no working day the same. We pride ourselves on providing the best standard of care to both our long-standing and new clients, always ensuring we are personal, professional, and empathetic.
Our front-of-house teams are the face and voice of our business therefore, this role is extremely valued within the hospital team. The candidate needs to be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills. This role is fast-paced, friendly and fun with no working day the same.

- Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service
- Completing various administrative duties for the clinical team and the business
- Promoting our fantastic Healthcare Plan
- Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile
- Booking appointments and diary management
- Managing telephone and email enquiries
- Taking payment for services and products
- Managing cash, stock and client accounts
- Opening and closing the practice.
Hours: 42 hours per week. 1:4 weekends with lieu days in return. 1 bank holiday per year with a lieu day in return

We are a well-established, Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) accredited, small animal primary care practice that covers the locations of London, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. Alongside all our primary care services we also have four 24-hour continuous care hospitals made up of our highly certified specialists and general practice staff to ensure the highest form of veterinary care for the benefits of pets and clients alike.
