Job description

This is a newly created role as part of our Lomond Investment Management department to provide an account managed, single point of contact service for lettings, property management, block and estate management and sales throughout the UK. You'll play an important role in ensuring our clients are informed and served well.

A little more about the role:

  • Undertake daily accounts processes & routines including receipting and processing rental payments
  • Supplier payments
  • Maintain accurate records of arrears in our CRM system; Cube.
  • Answer landlord and tenant queries regarding their accounts
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is provided and completed throughout the end to end arrears process.
  • Liaise with Government Deposit Schemes and the Client Accounts Team Leader to add and release deposits correctly.
  • Ensure reports are completed to a high level and provided within the required time frame
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly updates to the Client Accounts Team Leader on arrears and deposits.

The ideal candidate will need:

  • Strong administrative experience with attention to detail
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong team player and willingness to get the job done in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent client/customer relationship/account management skills
  • Strong experience using a CRM system or IT system in general
