Expected Starting Date: 29th April 2023. WHAT WE OFFER• £10.90 basic hourly rate• Living Wage Foundation Employer Part Time- 24 hours working 5 days out of 7 depending on contract size, including 3 out of 4 weekends and one evening. We are looking mostly for daytime availability but there will be a full discussion around flexibility and availability at interview. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAYWe are looking to create a core team of people who will be responsible for the Click & Collect service in store. This is physically demanding and requires the ability to work outside. • You will check picked orders for our customers, checking to ensure products are both correct and undamaged.• Provide an efficient and accurate collection experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets.• You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.• Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product and service range offer informed solutions.
