Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clerk/Typist to join the Neuroradiology Team. You will be working within a team carrying out duties which will include appointment scheduling, data entry, communication, use of Radiology Information System (RIS), Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS) and e-record; assisting with the booking and administration of the spinal interventional service.

The Department is part of the Regional Neurosciences Centre, which is one of the top units in the UK providing a comprehensive range of specialist procedures, tests and treatments for all types of neurological conditions.
You will provide a comprehensive and efficient administrational service to the Neuroradiology Department and you should have a genuine desire to contribute to providing a quality service for patients.

- Working within a team of administrative staff supporting the provision of an efficient CT and MRI service
- Working on the reception desk in the Neuroradiology department
- Deal with telephone enquires promptly.
- Booking appointments for five MRI and CT scanners
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments
- Cover admin posts Trust wide as required.
