Job description
Providing administration support and general reception cover you need to be friendly and flexible. Good keyboard skills together with an excellent telephone manner are essential as are good interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer care Multi-task at busy reception area Deal with telephone enquries Deal with enquiries as they present at the desk Estates & Facilities are responsible for the Hospital site from grounds to equipment maintenance. The Aintree site employs over 700 staff within Estates & Facilities and the administrative team are key to this. This role will work with colleagues in Medical Engineering, Domestics, Catering, Laundry, Maintenance, Porters and Drivers, Sustainability, Travel and Health & Safety.
