Job description

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and organized person to join our team of Ward Clerks on the busy Maternity Inpatient Departments. This is a key role as you will be the first point of contact greeting families and visitors on our Antenatal and Postnatal Wards and assisting them with their enquiries. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, admitting, and discharging patients on the hospital computer systems, ensuring all patient demographic information is accurate and up to date, filing patient notes as well as general clerical duties.
