Position Summary:
The Maintenance Clerk will report directly to the Regional Maintenance Manager and will support all duties associated with processing invoices, and validate all vendor pricing to be accurate. This is an opportunity for a highly driven individual who is detail oriented, disciplined, and hard working. This role will be working closely with other departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Processing vendor invoices in TMT.
  • Communicate with vendors when there is an issue with an Invoice.
  • Ensure orders do not exceed the allowable terms based on individual customer contract.
  • Work with accounting to ensure all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
  • Implement a system so all invoices get processed in a timely manner.
  • Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each customer.
  • Track and record receipts for maintenance purchases.
  • Other task as necessary.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with accounting and inventory tracking software.
  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Ability to consistently meet all deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.

Pay:
  • The pay is competitive, depending on experience ($18.00-$25.00/hour) and will be discussed during an in-person interview.

Schedule:
