This is a permanent part time post and the hours are worked 18.75 hours 9.00 a.m. – 12.45 p.m.Monday to Friday
Inverclyde HSCP is seeking to appoint a part time (18.75 hours) Band 2 Clerical Officer/Receptionist to join the team who support Inverclyde Child & Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) and Speech & Language Therapy teams based at Greenock Health & Care Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a team providing necessary support to individuals within the Community. You will contribute to the delivery of a robust and efficient business support service. The post holder will provide clerical support to Specialist Children’s Services within Inverclyde HSCP. This will include reception duties, data input, record management and general typing. You must have experience of working with ICT packages e.g. Microsoft Office. Awareness of EMIS web would be desirable.
The post holder will act as first point of contact for telephone and face to face enquiries for the general public. Good written and verbal communication skills, keyboard skills and the ability to work to deadlines as part of a team or on your own initiative are essential.
