Job description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Clerical Assistant/Receptionist to provide an efficient, effective and quality clerical/secretarial support service to the Substance Misuse Service.
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, and are able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as to work as part of a team. You should have experience of electronic systems and be able to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within agreed timescales. You will have previous experience in a similar post within a healthcare setting – including fast accurate audio typing (digital dictation) and IT skills, a knowledge of medical terminology/clinic management and HNC(or equivalent relevant experience).
In order to meet the needs of the service the successful applicant will be required to work in a variety of locations when required across Forth Valley.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
