Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Nutrition & Dietetic Admin Department. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fulfil this role providing administration and system support to become part of our highly valued Dietetic Administration team.
The successful candidate will have a positive “can-do” approach, be able to work on their own initiative and take direction as appropriate. You will have excellent organisational and IT skills and be a good communicator both face to face and on the telephone. You will be confident, enthusiastic and eager to learn with experience of working in a very busy environment and dealing with conflicting demands. You will be an excellent team player and able to work well and flexibly in a busy and developing administration support team and dietetic service.
You will be expected to liaise on a day to day basis with GP’s, patients, healthcare professionals, clinicians, and other support staff in relation to scheduling and managing waiting lists within this busy clinical department.
Bradford’s Nutrition & Dietetic Service comprises of a team of over 60 Dietitians working in Acute, Community and Primary Care settings, supported by an admin and clerical team who have access to up to date IT facilities in line with the department’s requirements.
