Persona: Site based
We are looking for somebody who will fit into a high performing front line service. You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to maintain excellent service to our customers and colleagues. Experience of a similar role would be beneficial, full training is also provided to reach the required standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of real estate as per supplied mapping to agreed standards, carrying out ground’s maintenance and landscaping duties as required.
- Comply with and carry out dynamic risk assessments, method statements and CoSHH regulations and be fully aware of Health & Safety risks within your role.
- Work in a variety of teams under the direction of Driver Mentors as instructed by planners.
- Assist with job related documentation as required.
- Report defects or damage immediately to ensure appropriate action can be taken as required.
- Driving a company vehicle as required
Skills and qualifications:
- Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment and procedures
- CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, PASMA cert desirable but not essential
- Awareness of risks associated to work tasks and knowledge of measures to reduce risks.
- PA01, PA06 Pesticide application beneficial but not essential
- Driving license desirable
