As part of our team, you will help deliver exception service standards on the programme of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Sector Support Services customer.

You will work with your colleagues to meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.

The Main Duties of the role are

To successfully undertake all training and inductions required to deliver the cleaning role.

Work within a team

Adhere to all Sector Support Services Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.

Maintain the designated area to the expected level of cleanliness in line with agreed SLA's, carrying out all daily weekly and periodic tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.

To ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and is a safe working order.

To have a full knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including the agreed work specification and time allocated to facilities.

To have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Sector Support Services.

To build positive and productive working relationships with the on-site customer representatives, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Salary: £10.51-£10.52 per hour

  • cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
