Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading train cleaning contract in London and they are looking for a cleaning operations manager to join their team covering a new contract in London.
The client is looking for an experience cleaning operations manager working within Rail who can cover and oversee the allocated region of train cleaning managers to ensure the delivery of train cleanliness across the contract is being delivered.
As an Operations Manager, you will be experienced in managing teams to ensure works are being delivered to an excellent standard and in line with business and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the duty cleaning managers perform required to level
- Developing comprehensive delivery plans for train cleaning
- Developing effective working processes and relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Continually supporting and developing strategic, tactical and operational delivery
- Report and relay key information into the Account Director on a weekly basis, setting up meetings and structured 1-2-1's where appropriate. Ensure these meetings do not adversely affect the daily operation
- Must be competent in the use of Word, Excel and Power point IT programmes.
- Finance for non-financial managers
- Successful experience of effectively engaging with and managing multiple stakeholders at varying levels across an organisation
