Job description
We are looking for a Cleaning Manager within a retail store in Milton.
This is a permanent position and attracts a salary of £13 per hour.
Working 36 hours per week over 6 days once per month weekend off.

You will be expected, as part of the role to:
- Create a weekly rota,
- Ensure all hours are processed for payroll in line with timetables supplied,
- Train staff in the correct use of materials and equipment,
- Undertaking performance reviews,
- Ordering consumables
- Ensuring adherence to COSHH regulations and health and safety guidelines
- completing weekly health checks with the client, by submitting weekly client audits
- Problem-solving skills are essential as is the ability to navigate the role using initiative
- We are looking to hire an assertive, reliable, experienced cleaning manager as soon as possible.
- A flexible approach to hours and the tasks involved is required to fulfil the needs of this role as is the ability to work to and manage deadlines.
You will be a hands-on cleaning manager who will ensure their team provides excellent hygiene standards within the agreed specification and allocated hours.
