We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to be a part of our integral team in Chester.
Driving license is required as there will be times you will be travelling to sites in Liverpool, Manchester and Cheshire using company car.

£22,500 per year- 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday working no weekends
- 8:00am - 16:00pm

Main responsibilities include...
- Recruit, train and Cleaning staff for given sites
- Build positive relationships with staff, define job responsibilities and advise of job specifications.
- Induction training
- Ensure supplies are used accurately and stored accurately on sites
- Ensure site manuals are prepared and located in all sites. Ensure all information in manuals is accurate and up to date
- Undertake administration such as payroll, paperwork and pricing for contracts
- Build positive and trustful relationships with clients
- React to any issues or problems that arise on a timely basis
- Collaborate closely and constructively connect with staff on developments in the overall pursuit of achieving a high level of customer happiness
