Job description

Cleaning Contract Supervisor required for our family-run cleaning company. This role is to assist our Operations Director in the every day running of the commercial side of our business.

3 days per week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 7.5 hours per pay, 22.5 hours per week.

The Ideal Candidate:

Full clean driving licence and confident driver as a company vehicle will be provided.

Must have a can-do attitude with excellent customer service.

Pro-active and forward thinking.

Good knowledge of the cleaning industry and/or supervisory experience desirable.

Confident, self-motivated with good communication skills by phone and email.

Job Details:

Being pro-active and organised, also flexible on working times (22.5hrs per week) to run at site times (09:00-17:30pm). Our business is rapidly growing so there is scope for this role to increase in days and become full-time in the near future.

Option of additional paid overtime.

Complete stock deliveries to sites as and when required.

Performing regular site audits with cleaning staff and customers, to ensure high standard of cleanliness is maintained on all sites, ensuring support for staff and customers.

Problem solving.

Feedback performance and take responsibility for managing issues and willingness to cover clean where necessary to ensure service is kept up.

Take responsibility for tasks that need to be completed.

Manage teams in a supportive manner. Also ensuring site cover and recruitment, which will mean some occasional cleaning yourself. Full training can be provided.

The must haves:

Full UK driving licence;

Satisfactory references;

Right to work in UK;

Good spoken and written English;

Company vehicle - mobile phone provided for work. 20 days holiday (pro-rata) plus bank holidays. Company pension scheme.
