IMS is a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company based in Ascot, Berkshire and we are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
Areas that we cover Guildford, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, M25 Corridor.

What you’ll be doing as Account Manager:
· Provide operational support at contract level, ensuring all operational requirements of the contracts are met.
· Operational planning at contract level with responsibility for contract performance and monitoring.
· Client interface. This will include listening to the clients, taking notes, advising the client when you hope to get back to them, investigating, solving issues if possible and reporting back to clients as promised.
· Management of directly employed staff to include recruitment and selection, training, performance management and staff retention. Checking documentation to confirm employee identity, address, and right to remain and work in the UK etc. in accordance with IMS procedures.
· Management of budgets in liaison with the Operations Manager.
· Contact point for enquiries from IMS departments including, sales, stores, administration, accounts, HR and payroll.
· Stock control – ensure that sites have correct stock products and levels on site.
· Provide and maintain Site Reference Manuals; Health & Safety documentation, Environmental documentation and COSHH data sheets.
· Carry out risk assessments as required.
· Attend a weekly management meeting.
· Complete weekly timesheets.
· Attend new client site meetings, assist with setup and provision of staff. Liaise with HR regarding TUPE transfer.
· Understand and implement IMS standard procedures and policies.
· Participate in training and meetings as required.
· Carry out monthly audits at Clients sites via iPad.
What we’re looking for in our Account Manager:
· At least 1 years’ Supervisor/Manager experience in cleaning.
· Full UK driving licence.
· Flexible working times: 40 hours per week, generally Monday to Friday this includes evenings and some weekends depending on the needs of the business.
· Proactive and highly self-motivated; you’re a persuasive ‘people person’ with great communication and presentation skills.
· You’re good at organising your time and meeting deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000.00 per year
