Being a Hillcroft Ancillary Assistant

As part of your role in the Hillcroft family, you will need to provide a clean and safe envoironment for our residents under the guidance and supervision of the Services Co-Ordinator and Matron.
About You
· Previous experience is not essential
· Must have the right to work in the UK
· Undergo an enhanced DBS check (we will assist you with this)
· Have two satisfactory references (one of which must be from your last/present employer)
· Ability to demonstrate Hillcroft’s company values
