Job description

Seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager who can oversee and implement influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement on social media platforms.

The role involves developing, executing, and evaluating campaigns that leverage influencer partnerships. The Influencer Marketing Manager's job is to create and execute influencer marketing campaigns. These campaigns aim to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. campaigns are effective and innovative.


Working with the PR agency, in house social media and paid social teams - . The role will report to the Marketing comms Lead and support on the implementation of the wider marketing comms strategies (both GLOBAL and LOCAL) to inspire connections and engagement between the Sephora UK and our target audiences.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Support the Influencer Marketing comms with driving the UK Influencer Manager vision and agenda
  • Building and maintaining excellent influencer and media relations across print, online, social while identifying gaps: Beauty Editor/ Director level, freelancers, mid-/top tier influencers and agents
  • Managing Influencer budget for the relevant brands ensuring all press launches and initiatives have effective cost control and deliver high ROI
  • Manage and lead effective local event management, creating unforgettable brand activations and support in implementing immersive experiences with content control at the heart
  • Strong strategic thinking in influencer mapping and identification to work on brand activations, to attend local/international IM events and to bring the brands high value ROI-Driving awareness of the brands to generate maximum coverage on relevant social media channels.
  • Creative and proactive thinking to push our brands visibility.
  • Track and monitor the brand performance and share regular reports across the teams using the external tracking platforms.
  • Manage & mentor Influencer Marketing assistant to ensure smooth running of press office – with tasks including setting up Influencer vendors and raising PO’s accordingly and oversee all invoicing related to the Influencer deals.
  • Work alongside Head of content / editorial on Influencer campaign briefs
  • Managing the implementation of new launches and always on seeding by ensuring materials and stock are available in line with the launch calendar.
  • Oversee all influencer gifting and create a calendar.
  • Oversee the managing of our third-party suppliers to ensure mailings are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the digital/e-comm /and other teams to ensure the IM strategy aligns with the Sephora vision in terms of launch calendar and retail support.
  • Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals.
  • We will identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values.
  • Responsibilities include handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative, and PR, to establish cohesive and successful campaigns.

  • It is important to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Ability to budget and manage financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits.


EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE


  • PR and or Influencer management experience with a proven background in beauty / lifestyle
  • The ability to work across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Media contact knowledge across digital platforms and influencers / agents
  • Forge strong working relationships with Global IM teams, following set practices and processes for approval of UK participation with both local and global activations.
  • Strong insights analytical skills with experience in using IM analytical platforms
  • Efficient and proactive reporting skills with global and internal teams
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape-In-depth knowledge, understanding and a passion for social media and trends in the social media space.
  • Experience in devising and implementing strategic plans.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to demonstrate strong sense of individual accountability
  • Strong team player and collaborates easily with others, willing to help and learn from others and shares relevant information with the team
  • Strong industry and cultural awareness
