THE POST – CLEANER
Working within the Campus Services directorate based at the University of the West of Scotland’s Dumfries Campus you will participate in the day-to-day programme of cleaning services to ensure that the campus facilities are maintained in a clean, safe and hygienic condition. You will be part of a professional support service and work alongside a friendly team.
The successful candidate should have the following:
- No formal qualification is required, however, previous experience working within a commercial / industrial cleaning environment would be desirable
- A basic understanding of health and safety requirements within the workplace as training will be provided.
- Ability to demonstrate working in a customer focused role with an emphasis on providing quality service.
Hours of duty are as follows:
- 06:00-10:00 (Mon) and 06:00-09:00 Tues - Fri
