We are currently recruiting a full-time permanent Housekeeper to work fixed shifts (early and late) at our club in the heart of Soho. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Interacting with Customers daily and providing exceptional customer service.- Keeping all areas and facilities clean and presentable including the gym, reception area, lounges, studios, changing r rooms, restaurants and more.
- Maintaining cleanliness of all fitness equipment.
- Keeping fresh towels and consumables stocked.
- Responding to special housekeeping needs as requested.
- Escalate any issues such as broken equipment, dispensers, burned out lights, etc.
- Work together as part of a larger team across all departments.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested.
Ideal candidate and personal qualities:
- Experience within a similar role - desirable
- Attention to detail, takes pride in their role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Flexible, hardworking and committed
