The role
This is an opportunity to join Regenda's Neighbourhood Team. You will cover one of our sheltered schemes, Pennine View, which is in the Wardleworth area of Rochdale. The role will include - following a weekly cleaning rota, ensuring all of our communal areas are cleaned to a high specification. You will follow all Health & Safety policies and processes, enable residents to take pride in the home that they live. You will work closely and receive support from the Scheme Manager onsite.
The right fit
- You’ll possess demonstrable cleaning experience and be up to date on relevant COSSH training.
- You’ll have experience operating cleaning machinery and using cleaning materials in a safe and functional manner.
- You’ll need basic ICT skills and the ability to communicate in writing to a good standard.
- You’ll need an open mind, a willingness to learn and we’ll help you with the rest!

We provide additional support to residents including finding work, money advice or dealing with anti-social behaviour.
