• Perform basic maintenance duties like changing light bulbs and minor fixture repairs.
• Be the champion of waste disposal, following proper procedures.
• Stick to established cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Promote a safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.
• Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the relevant department.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is essential.
• Basic maintenance skills are required.
• Attention to detail is your middle name.
• Work autonomously while maintaining efficiency.
• Time management skills that make others jealous.
• Communication skills that can charm the socks off anyone.
• Have your own reliable transport for commuting.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
