Site Cleaner

Based in Coventry Airport Retail Park

Our Grounds Maintenance Services division specialises in commercial landscape & facilities management and is delivered across the UK.

Our business is continually growing, and we are looking to recruit a Site Cleaner to join us immediately to work at our site at Coventry Airport Retail Park.

Being able to apply exemplary customer service/satisfaction, innovation and achieving a positive commercial impact are the cornerstones of our business.

THE ROLE

• Duties will include cleaning outside areas, emptying litterbins, litter picking in car park, walkways, grass and shrubbed areas
• Using tools and machinery, when necessary, with all tools and equipment provided use of small Hako sweeper around kerbs & walkways
• Being vigilant of your surroundings and proactively reporting anything of concern
• Positive attitude and not afraid to take on additional responsibilities if and when required
• Lone working & responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and tidy

This is a good opportunity to join OUTCO and in return for the right candidate we offer:

• Minimum wage salary
• 15 hrs a week.
• 6 days a week at 2.5 hrs a day (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
• 7am to 09:30am although some flexibility to start a bit earlier
• 28 days annual leave (pro-rated) Including BHs
• Company pension
