Cleaner
Hours: 20 hours per week over 5 days (rota to be discussed at interview)
Location: Guildford, GU4 7AA
Salary: £10,836.80 / £10.42 per hour
Horizon Leisure Centres are opening a brand new fitness, health and wellbeing facility in Guildford in May 2023 and are looking to recruit cleaners to start in April 2023.

Horizon Guildford
Horizon Guildford is the first acquisition as part of our long-term strategy to improve the health and wellbeing of people in the South of England. Our new facility will open its doors in May following a half a million-pound refurbishment to include a large gym area with brand new equipment, a modern exercise and cycle studio, spa provision and pool and changing facilities.

What does the role involve?
You will support the provision of a first-class leisure experience for all our customers, ensuring the facilities are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness.
The team
Youll be working within our Operations team and report to the Duty Manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in all areas
  • Clean and prepare both wet side/dry side areas in accordance with the current cleaning schedule
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations

Your experience/qualifications:*

  • Experience in a similar role is preferable
  • COSHH desirable
