Current turnover exceeds £27m and the company employs 220 staff across four sites, operating a mixed fleet of 80 waste collection vehicles.

These include food waste recycling, award winning environmental change management programmes through our associate company, Veris Strategies and our specialist hazardous waste services division. We are accredited by Investors in people. The company’s administrative and operational HQ is based in Luton with further sites in Milton Keynes and Wellingborough.
The role of Cleaner is to ensure the cleanliness of our facilities in our Wellingborough depot whilst adhering to company policies and all aspects of health and safety within the facility.
The person in this role will be responsible for all aspects of cleaning of our office blocks, which will include mopping and hoovering the floors, the wiping of desks and recycling of waste.
We also require all work to be carried out in accordance with safe systems of work, reporting any breaches of health and safety protocol and/or near misses to ensure the workplace is always safe for all Cawleys colleagues and visitors to site.
Key Responsibilities
Always promote health and safety and best practice.- Cleaning the office blocks within the working hours.
- Reduce waste and improve efficiencies.
- To undertake any other duties required on site which are deemed necessary by the site manager.

Experience and Requirements
Previous cleaning experience would be an advantage- Candidates must be able to speak and understand English to a good standard in order maintain a safe working environment.
- A strong work ethic, punctual and reliable.
