We are looking for a: Project Engineer (Project Management), who can be based out of our Hebburn office, with the option to work remotely on a hybrid basis for 2/3 days per week.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple Projects with values ranging from £100K to £1m + within our Electrification and Automation business, focused with the Key Accounts and Industry vertical. As the lead on the assigned projects, you will be working with technical and support staff from the wider delivery team, to efficiently maximise project performance through effective planning and control.

You’ll make a difference by:
Ensure business success with excellent customer satisfaction by delivering the tendered scope to achieve the required outcomes.- Coordinate and work with the internal stakeholders allocated to the project and also liaise with the suppliers performing contracted support activity.
- Fully understand the terms and conditions of contracts, working with commercial partners as required to manage customer change requirements, increasing the project scope through effective variation control.
- Carry out effective contract reviews with finance team including forecasting of financial and resource requirements.
- Facilitate the project life cycle in line with the PM@Siemens processes, establishing project quality controls, to the highest standards with compliance in all activities.
- Create, monitor and manage project schedules and key dates, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to support wider business resource loading analysis.
What will you bring to the role?
Working knowledge of products and services associated with electrical infrastructure (Switchgear knowledge would be a benefit).- Project Management qualification required.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office 365 applications including Project
- Experience and practical application of project management planning methodologies and tools essential.
- High level organisational skills and ability to adapt to changing demands are essential.
- Determined and focused attitude to ensuring successful completion of projects whilst maintaining collaborative relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to constructively provide feedback and offer opportunities for improvement to meet compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate others as part of a matrix team.
