Cleaner
Estates Department
Permanent vacancy – 15 hours per week
£20,249 pro rata (£8,209 per annum)
Barnsley College understand the importance of having clean working spaces across our sites and appreciate the significant role our maintenance staff have in helping us to achieve this. We are now looking to appoint a new Cleaner to join the team and support our growing Estates department.
Reporting directly to the cleaning supervisor, you will be expected to work both independently and as part of a small team to clean classrooms, communal spaces and other areas in the college. This also involves operating specific cleaning equipment and machinery as directed. To be considered for our Cleaner role, you will ideally have cleaning experience in a commercial or professional environment and be willing to undertake relevant training provided onsite.
