Your role as a Care Assistant, will be to provide person-centred care and support for residents. That includes personal care, mealtimes and engagement through activities, either in groups with shared interests or on an individual basis. You’ll also be there to provide a listening ear to those who need it most.
Every day will be interesting and varied – all our residents are different, from their care needs to their personalities and life experiences. What you’ll do can be inspiring and hugely enjoyable, as you build strong relationships based on understanding, trust and genuine care.

Ferendune Court in Faringdon is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 48 residents.
