Due to business growth, we are recruiting for a Cleaner to join our Facilities department. You will participate in the cleaning process throughout the Company ensuring hygiene standards are maintained in accordance with Company requirements.
Key responsibilities of the role are:
· Carry out cleaning and hygiene duties as required, both inside & outside buildings, in a safe manner
- To ensure all areas of responsibility are kept clean, tidy and hygienic at all times
- To ensure work is carried out to required cleaning standards and report areas of concern to line manager
- Keep track of stock levels of cleaning materials in stores to ensure availability, provide weekly requests for replenishments to Facilities Coordinator.
- Carry out site housekeeping duties which will include weeding, litter picking and general site upkeep tasks where necessary
To be effective in this role, you will have knowledge of safe working practices e.g., working safely with cleaning materials. We would require you to have previous experience of working as a Cleaner, have good attention to detail and be self-motivated.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8am – 4.20pm and the salary is £23,595 PA.
